You can start the process to make your body more healthy by adding a little more activity to your life. If you're not ready for a structured program, you can start by small program. This activity can decrease your calorie.
- Pace while you talk. When you're using the phone, you can pace around your room and even do some cleaning while gabbing. This is a great way to stay moving while doing something that can make you enjoy.
- Turn off the Computer and TV. Tree times a week, you can try to turn off your PC or your Television while play games, take a walk. it is can be positive for your body.
- Walk more. Look for simple ways to walk more. When you get the news, take a walk around the block, take the cat or your animal for an extra outing each day or go around in your home before getting ready for work.
- Do some chores. moping the floor, working in the yard, sweeping the floor...these kinds of activities may not be 'active' exercise, but they can keep you moving while doing something in your home.
- Be aware. Write a list of all the physical activities you do on a typical day. make yourself to become honest man to do your plan in your list. Don't be lazy.
